on the budget of Slovakia for 1960
The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
Tasks of the budget of Slovakia for 1960
The task of Slovakia as part of the single state budget of the Czechoslovak Republic is to secure, on the basis of the creative activity of the workers, the necessary funds for the further economic and cultural development of Slovakia in accordance with the plan for the development of the Slovak economy managed by the Assembly of Authors, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the second five-year plan and to the creation of the best base for the third five-year plan.
Determination of the amount of Slovakia's budget
(1) The revenue of Slovakia's budget is set at CZK 15 457 277 000 and expenditure is set at CZK 19 117 964 000.
(2) The budget of Slovakia contains the budgets of the national committees, the revenue and expenditure of which amount to CZK 9 444 873 000.
(3) The budget of Slovakia does not include sections of the economy directly managed by the Ministry and other national authorities in Slovakia.
This Law shall take effect from 1 January 1960; It shall be carried out by the Financial Officer and by the other members of the Delegation Board.
