repealing the regulations on the main accounting officers and on the organisation of the accounting services.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Act No. 54 / 1952 Coll., on the main accounting officers and on the organisation of the accounting services, and the regulations issued pursuant thereto, is hereby repealed.
This Law shall take effect on 1 April 1958, but for single agricultural cooperatives, the date laid down in the Regulation by the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
