supplementing Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours.
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has decided on the following legal measure under Article 66 of the Constitution:
Paragraph 7 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours, is added and reads:
"(3) The President of the Republic, the Government or its members and the Heads of Central Government Authorities may show public recognition. The details shall be determined by the Government by a regulation which, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, may also specify when priority rights, benefits and special honours, or cash and other remuneration are attached to public recognition. ';
Paragraph 11 of Act No. 71 / 1952 Coll., on the Organisation of Physical Education and Sport is hereby repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
