of 3 February 1953
establishing the Order of the Order of the Construction of a Socialist Country.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., on Honours and Honours of Recognition:
§ 1.
The "Order of the Building of a Socialist Country" is founded to appreciate the merits of the victorious construction of socialism in our country.
§ 2.
The order of the construction of a socialist country is given for the extremely excellent credit for the implementation of socialism in the Czechoslovak Republic, obtained in the construction of the state and in the fight for peace in the field of political, economic, social or cultural, in the improvement of the state's military capacity or in the fight against the internal enemy.
§ 3.
The details of the terms and conditions of the Order of the Building of the Socialist Fatherland, as well as details of its wearing and wearing of the existing Regulations and honours are contained in the attached Statutes, which are part of this Regulation.
§ 4.
The Prime Minister manages the affairs of the Socialist Government. The Prime Minister shall adapt the submission and discussion of proposals of these Regulations by means of directives issued in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
§ 5.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 February 1953; All members of the government will do it.

The order of building a socialist country.
The order of building a socialist country.
(1) The order of the construction of a socialist country is given for the extremely excellent credit for the implementation of socialism in the Czechoslovak Republic, obtained in the construction of the state and in the fight for peace in the field of political, economic, social or cultural, in the improvement of the state's military capacity or in the fight against the internal enemy.
(2) The order of building a socialist country is given by the President of the Republic on a proposal from the Government.
(3) At the same time as the Order, he will receive a decorated diploma and an order book as proof of wearing the Order.
(4) The order of building a socialist country is made up of a five-pointed star fixed on a ribbon curtain. The star is embossed with gold, its front surface is red enamelled, its rear surface is polished. The spikes are finished with gold balls. The diameter of the star between spikes without balls is 45 mm. In the center of the front of the star is a embossed gold disc with a small state emblem. On the back, there is an equally large disc with a ribbon motif and the inscription "Behind the Socialist Country" and two laurel fences. On the left side of the rear disc is a small oval plastic shape for the matrix number. The curtain is also embossed with gold and consists of a tape with the initials of the CSR and of the lip branches clamped by the buckle. Above the buckle is mounted in platinum brillant in weight 0.30 carat. The largest dimension of the curtain is 30 mm, height 20 mm. The curtain is connected to the star of the golden hanging ring. The stripe of the order is 38 mm wide and 55 mm long; the ribbon is red with a 15 mm wide dark-red stripe in the middle. The image is connected.
(5) The order of building a socialist country is worn on the left side of the breast before all Czechoslovak orders and honours. If only the ribbon of the order is worn, it is tensed to a rectangular bar 10 mm wide and 38 mm long.
Order order.
(1) The order of building a socialist country is worn on the left side of the breast. The current orders and honours are worn on the side of the breast, which was determined by its own statutes, except for the silver star of the Order of 25 February 1948, which is worn on the right side of the breast.
(2) Rows and honours are ranked

The order of building a socialist homeland (hereinafter referred to as "the Order ') can be lent even after death; in that case, the rules and documents shall be delivered to the family of the decorated.
If he has died, order and documents shall be left to his family; But no one in the family can wear it. If there is no one in the deceased's family, then be returned to the office of the Bureau of Government.
(1) If a decorated act, which makes it an unworthy order, is committed, or if the fact that the order has been lent to it has subsequently come to light, loses the order.
(2) As soon as the Commission set up pursuant to Article 9 (2) of Act No. 247 / 1949 Coll., the rules and documents shall be returned immediately to the Bureau of the Government.
(3) The Office of the Bureau of the Government shall be returned to the Order and Documents which the sentenced has lost in the loss of civil rights, as expressed by the court.
(1) In the event of loss, theft and theft, the Office of the Bureau of the Government may issue a replacement order and documents for the remuneration which it itself provides for.
(2) Loss and theft shall be notified without delay to the Bureau of the Government.
(3) The Order is inalienable.
(1) The Order may also be given
(a) a set of persons forming a working or other collective. To take over the rules and documents, the collective shall elect a delegation from among its members;
(b) a military unit, a department of the National Security Corps or any other similar department. The delegation shall be designated by the unit headquarters to take over the rules and documents; the decoration shall be carried out as a general rule before the service is assembled;
(c) undertakings, institutes and public authorities or their symbols. The delegation shall be designated by the competent authority to take over the rules and documents.
(2) In the event of the demise of a decorated set of persons or a decorated department, undertaking or institute, be returned to the office of the Bureau of the Government.
The Prime Minister manages matters of order.
