The Constitutional Court ruled under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 33 / 24 on 16 April 2025 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Josef Baxy and judges of Josef Fiale, Milan Hulmák, Jaromír Jirsy, Veronica Christian, Zdeněk Kühn (Judge of the Rapporteur), Tomáš Langášek, Kateřina Ronovský, Dita Řepková, Jan Svatona, Pavel Šámal, Jana Winter and Daniela Zeman on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior on the abolition of Article 6 (3) of the Ordinary Decree of the Municipality of Hradištko no. 4 / 2023, on the local fee for the municipal waste management system,
as follows:
Article 6 (3) of the Ordinary Ordinance of the Municipality of Hradištko No 4 / 2023 on the local charge for municipal waste management systems shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of the finding in the Collection of Laws and International Treaties.
