Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 139 / 2023 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of higher degree for 2023, which was concluded on 12 January 2023 between the higher trade union bodies - the trade union of workers of the timber sector, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian trade union association "in liquidation 'and the employers' organisations of the Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector identified by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 17.11 and 17.12.
