ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 22 March 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 196, by which the Government, pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, it decided to adopt emergency measures under § 6 (2) (f) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. orders the priority supply of emergency care and emergency care providers to legal persons:
1. Linde Gas a.s., IČO 00011754, U Technogas 1324, Kyje, 198 00 Praha 9,
2. Messer Technogas s.r.o., IČO 40764788, Green stripe 1560 / 99, 140 02 Praha 4,
3. SIAD Czech spol. s r.o., IČO 48117153, Prague Office Park II, K Hájami 606 / 2 b, 155 00 Praha 5, and
4. AIR PRODUCTS, spol. s r.o., IČO 41324226, J. Š Baara 2063 / 21, 405 02 Decin,
for the product: medicinal oxygen;
II. Urges the Minister for Health, in cooperation with the Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister for Industry and Trade and the Minister for Transport, to ensure that the conditions of supply of the product, including quantity, dates and delivery arrangements, are met with the legal persons referred to in point I of this resolution.
