declaring an amount equivalent to 50% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the purposes of life and existence minima and 50% and 25% of the average monthly wage in the national economy for the purposes of State social assistance
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares that since 1 July 2012,
(a) Paragraph 8 (2) of Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on Life and Existence Minimal, equivalent to 50% of the average monthly salary in the national economy for 2011 to CZK 12 100,
b) § 5 paragraphs 6 and 7 of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Aid, as amended by Act No. 453 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 124 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 346 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 364 / 2011 Coll., amount corresponding to
1.50% of the average monthly salary in the national economy for 2011 amount of CZK 12 100,
2.25% of the average monthly salary in the national economy for 2011 is CZK 6,000.
