amending Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the budgetary rules
Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on the Budget Rules and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 200 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2006 Coll.
1. In Article 14, the following paragraph 7 is inserted after paragraph 6, including footnote 15b:
"(7) In the grant decision, the Provider may fix, for programmes or projects co-financed by the European Union budget, expenditure or costs to be charged as flat-rate 15b), the amount of which may not be demonstrated. The flat-rate expenditure or costs shall be fixed:
(a) by a percentage of the expenditure actually incurred and demonstrated, by the provider of the determined expenditure or costs of the project;
(b) on the basis of a provider of determined unit costs; or
(c) as a fixed amount covering all or part of the expenditure or costs of the project.
15b) Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1080 / 2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 on the European Regional Development Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1783 / 1999, as amended by Regulation (EC) No 397 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Article 11 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 1081 / 2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 on the European Social Fund and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1784 / 1999, as amended by Regulation (EC) No 396 / 2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council. '
Paragraphs 7 to 11 shall be renumbered paragraphs 8 to 12.
2. In Paragraph 14 (9), "7 'is replaced by" 8';
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
