on the issue of commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 700th anniversary of the monetary reform of Václav II and the opening of the stamping of the Prague grosches
The Czech National Bank provides for the Czech National Bank in accordance with § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the 700th anniversary of the monetary reform of Václav II and the launch of the stamping of the Prague grosches, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,40 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of two-hundredth stamping in normal and special design, the tolerance allowed shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In the mass, the allowed tolerance is up to 0,26 g and in the silver content is up to 1%.
§ 2
(1) There is a stylized large national character of the Czech Republic on the height of two hundred crowns. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC," partly covered by a state emblem, is in an unclosed copy at the left, upper and right edges of a two-hundred crown. At the lower edge of the two-hundred crown is located a fragment of the seal Václav II, which partly covers the lower edge of the state emblem. The denomination of the coin "200" is placed on the left and the abbreviation of the money unit "CZK" to the right of the seal fragment. The mint brand that hit the two-hundredth crown is placed to the right next to the abbreviation of the money unit.
(2) On the reverse of the two hundred crown is placed the figure of King Václav II on the throne with a scepter in his hand in the contemporary image, under the throne is stylized plant ornament. On the left side of the figure is slightly placed in the background the front of the Prague grosh, on the right side its corner side. Both sides of the Prague Grosh are partially covered by the sitting figure. At the upper edge of the two hundred koruna there is an unclosed copy of "PRAGUE GROŠ" and the years "1300" and "2000" at the lower edge of the "MONETARY REFORM OF WAR II". The numbers separate the small ornament. Both copies are partially covered by a picture of a Prague grosh and a sitting figure. The author of the design is academic sculptor Jiří Vineček. The initials of his name "yv" are placed at the top right corner of the throne.
§ 3
This decree shall take effect on 21 June 2000.
