repealing the Decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic on the management of precious metals in dental care in national health institutions and other health organisations
The Ministry of Health provides pursuant to § 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 548 / 1991 Coll.:
The decree of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic No. LP / 4-249-7.7.88 of 12.7.1988 on the management of precious metals in dental care in national health institutions and other health organisations (registered in the amount of 27 / 1988 Coll.) is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
