DECLARATION
Ministries of Culture of the Czech Republic
of 17 April 1990
repealing certain provisions in the cultural sector
The Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic provides in the agreement with the participating central bodies pursuant to § 6 paragraph 3 and § 15 of Act No. 81 / 1957 Coll., on Concert and Other Music Activities, and § 7 paragraph 3 and § 14 of Act No. 82 / 1957 Coll., on estates, Artistic Productions and Folk Entertainment, and § 13 paragraph 2 and § 39 paragraph 1 of Act No. 35 / 1965 Coll., on works of literary, scientific and artistic (Copyright Act):
They shall be deleted:
(a) Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No 89 / 1958 Ú. l., which provides for compulsory mediation for certain fields of artistic activity, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 74 / 1964 Coll.,
b) Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 112 / 1960 Coll., on the establishment and activity of sets of musicians from the profession and sets of folk musicians, as amended by Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 109 / 1981 Coll.,
c) Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 90 / 1970 Coll., on the modification of remuneration for certain types of artistic activities performed outside the employment relationship,
d) Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 110 / 1981 Coll., on the modification of rewards for music activities carried out by members of sets of folk musicians.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
