The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic approves, pursuant to Article 58 (4) of the Constitutional Act on the Czechoslovak Federation, the legal measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly of 25 September 1973 No 106 Coll., on the award of the scientific degrees of the Constitution of Marxism-Leninism of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Slovakia.
