The Federal Committee on Agriculture and Nutrition, pursuant to Articles 24 (2) (c) and 146 (2) of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, and Articles 2 and 3 of Constitutional Law No. 171 / 1968 Coll., on the establishment of federal ministries and federal committees, in agreement with the participating central authorities and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic:
The effectiveness of Decree No. 55 / 1967 Coll., on the basic conditions of supply of agricultural products and needs, as amended by Decree No. 150 / 1968 Coll., is hereby extended until 31 December 1970.
