Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 6 December 1961
on the adjustment of large-scale electricity supplies for the period 1 December 1961 to 31 March 1962
In order to implement the Government Order of 29 November 1961 No 1017 of the main arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to Article 190 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations provides:
During the period from 1 December 1961 to 31 March 1962, the following derogations from the provisions of the basic conditions for the supply of electricity (Decree No 7 / 1959 Ú. l.) shall be fixed for the supply and collection of electricity in bulk:
1. The upper limit of tolerance for exceeding the contracted quantity of electricity in kWh is reduced from 7% to 2%.
2. The lower limit of tolerance for non-withdrawal of the contracted quantity of electricity increases from 7% to 10%.
3. If the customer exceeds the agreed monthly quantity of electricity in kWh for each demand point, he is obliged to pay the supplier instead of a penalty of 10% of the average price of electricity, i.e. 0,02 CZK for each kWh exceeded, a penalty of 0,24 CZK for each kWh exceeded; the penalty for not withdrawing the contracted quantity of electricity remains intact.
Adjustment referred to in Article I does not apply to the supply of electricity for the supply of the electrical traction of CSDs and the supply of public urban transport as well as to the supply of special equipment of the Ministry of National Defence.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1961; It shall expire on 31 March 1962.
