amending and supplementing the provisions on the exchange fee.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The Act of 23 March 1928, No. 48 Coll., on the exchange fee, is amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Paragraph 2, paragraph 1, of the introductory sentence and Nos 1 and 2 shall read as follows:
"(1) The notes shall be subject to a fee of the amount to which they relate (currency money), namely:
1. a note from which it can be safely established that it is due within 3 months and 5 days of the date of issue indicated therein,
1 Ccs of each start only 2.000 Ccs;
2. a note which matures within a period of 3 months and 5 days but not more than 6 months and 5 days from the date of issue,
2 Ccs of every case only started 1.000 Ccs; '
2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"Banknotes due to be seen or for a certain period after seeing shall be subject to a fee as referred to in paragraph 1, No 1, unless it is clear from them that they are matured within a period of 3 months and 5 days from the date of issue; if they are obvious that they are due after 3 months and 5 days, they shall be subject to the fee provided for in paragraph 1, 2, after 3 (§ 6, paragraph 2). The provisions of paragraph 1, No 3 on the mortgage clause, shall also apply to the notes due in the visible or certain time after the visible. '
3. In Section 4, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1, a note which, although not marked as a" visible "note shall also be considered, but which, by virtue of the right to exchange, is regarded as being" seen "because there is no indication of the time at which it is to be paid."
4. in Section 12, No 1, the dot after the provisions of point C is replaced by a semicolon.
5. in Paragraph 12, No 1, the following provision (D) is inserted:
"(D) by direct adjustment which may be authorised at the request of the money institutions."
The applicability of the Government Decree of 19 December 1940, No 112 Coll. from 1941 amending the Exchange Tax Act is hereby revoked.
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication; It shall be carried out by finance and justice ministers.
