Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 138 / 2023 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Higher Level Contract for the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of 2023, which was concluded on 4 January 2023 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, and the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Textile and Clothing Industry, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, with a major activity in the sector identified by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 13, 14 and 15.
