PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
of 21 April 2016
on the announcement of elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the announcement of elections to regional councils
I.
Pursuant to Article 63 (1) (f), Article 16 (2) and taking into account Article 17 (1) of Constitutional Act No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, and Article 1 (3) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended,
Announcing elections
to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic
in constituencies 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 79 and I will set the dates for Friday 7 October and Saturday 8 October 2016.
