on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2012, concluded on 7 December 2011 between the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry and the Higher Trade Union - Trade Union Association of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, is binding, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, also on other employers with predominant activity in the sector identified by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE 13, 14 and 15.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
