amending Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance against General Health Insurance, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Article 8 (3), the part of the sentence behind the semicolon reads: "the premium shall be paid no later than 8 days after the date on which the revenue and expenditure referred to in Article 24 (2) for the calendar year for which the premium is paid was or should have been presented. '
2. Paragraph 8 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The supplement to the difference between advances and the actual amount of premiums calculated in accordance with Section 3a shall be payable no later than 8 days after the date on which the income and expenditure referred to in Section 24 (2) for the calendar year for which the premium is paid was or should have been presented. '
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 August 2011.
