THE LAW
of 22 April 2010
on the transfer of certain items from the property of the Czech Republic to ownership of the Pardubice Region
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The effective date of this Act passes from State ownership to the property of the Pardubice Region of Real Estate listed in Annex 1 to this Act, including inventory equipment on the date of transition.
(2) No later than two months after the entry into force of this Act, the transferring branch of the State with the Pardubice Region (hereinafter referred to as the "acquirer") shall draw up a Protocol on the transfer and take-over of the assets under this Act.
(3) The Protocol referred to in paragraph 2 shall contain the name, registered office and identification number of the transferor and the transferor, and the listing of the immovable property to be entered in the real estate register, with the information necessary for the registration of the real estate register (1). The Protocol shall be signed by the Head of the Organisational Unit of the State as the donor and statutory body of the acquirer. All technical documentation shall be attached to the Protocol.
(4) Non-movable property which is transferred to the transferee must be used for 10 years from the date of acquisition only for the purpose for which it was used at the date of transfer of ownership referred to in paragraph 1. If, before the expiry of that period, it becomes unnecessary for the acquirer to do so, it must preferably be offered free of charge to the State. If the State does not accept a written offer from the acquirer within two months of its receipt, the acquirer shall dispose of those items without the said restrictive conditions.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
