GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 April 2003
laying down a model for the service of staff of public health authorities
The Government orders pursuant to § 108 (3) to implement § 88 (1) of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
The model of the service of staff of public health authorities proving themselves in the performance of the tasks and powers of public health authorities is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Government Decree No. 79 / 2001 Coll., laying down the model of the service card of public health authorities, their staff and representatives of the main hygienist of the Czech Republic, regional and district hygienists, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2003.
