DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 17 November 1978
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 12 / 1972 Coll., on the Management of Collective Ingredients, as amended by Decree No. 110 / 1974 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 6 of Decree No. 68 / 1960 Coll., on the Management of Metal Waste and Collective Ingredients:
Decree No. 12 / 1972 Coll., on the Management of Collective Raw Materials, as amended by Decree No. 110 / 1974 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (2) (g) reads as follows:
"(g) the spent fixer and other photographic baths containing silver, sludges and silver extracted from the spent fixer and other photographic baths from organisations;"
2. Paragraph 1 (2) (h) reads as follows:
"(h) amortization wastes from organisations consisting of discarded parts and parts of machinery, apparatus and equipment containing silver and other precious metals (e.g. contactors, circuit breakers, relays, distribution plates, etc.);"
3. Article 1 (2) (l) reads as follows:
"(l) waste and spent products of natural cork;"
4. In Article 4 (1) (c), the semicolon at the end of the sentence is replaced by a comma and the following text is added: "If the waste is treated containing precious metals, supply it to organisations designated by the Central Authority of the State Service for Precious metals; 1) '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 1979.

1) Wastes containing precious metals shall be treated in accordance with the rules on the State Service for Precious metals.
