DECLARATION
Federal Transport Committee and Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
of 28 November 1969
extending the validity of the Decisions on economic contracts for freight
The Federal Committee on Transport and the Main Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities, establish, pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 57 / 1950 Coll., on the modification of road transport business, under § 24 of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on Inland Navigation, under § 29 of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, and under § 395 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.:
Efficiency of the decrees of the Ministry of Transport and the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
(a) No 11 / 1966 Coll., on economic contracts for road freight transport, as amended by Decree No. 120 / 1967 Coll.,
(b) No 24 / 1966 Coll., on economic contracts in domestic water freight transport, as amended by Decree No. 120 / 1967 Coll.,
(c) No 27 / 1967 Coll., on economic obligations in the carriage of freight by rail, as amended by Decree No 155 / 1968 Coll.,
is extended until 31 December 1970.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
