of 19 December 1965
amending the subordination of border guards
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The border guard is transferred from subordination of the Minister of Interior to subordination of the Minister of National Defence.
(2) The cooperation of the Border Guard with the National Security Corps in the protection of national borders shall be regulated by the Minister for Defence in agreement with the Minister for Interior.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 January 1966.
