GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 10 May 2023

amending Government Regulation No 145 / 2008 Coll., establishing the list of pollutants and thresholds and the data required for reporting to the integrated register of environmental pollution, as amended

The Government mandates pursuant to § 3 (1) (b) and (c) of Act No. 25 / 2008 Coll., on an integrated register of environmental pollution and an integrated system of environmental reporting obligations and amending certain laws:

Čl. I

Government Regulation No. 145 / 2008 Coll., establishing the list of pollutants and thresholds and the data required for reporting to the Integrated Environmental Pollution Register, as amended by Government Regulation No. 450 / 2011 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 326 / 2020 Coll., are amended as follows:

1. In Annex 1, the following row is added at the end of the table:

2. In Annex 1, the following explanatory note 9 is added at the end of the explanatory notes:

"9 Perfluoropentanoic acid (PFPA), perfluorohexanoic acid (PFXA), perfluoroheptanoic acid (PFPA) (PFPA), perfluorodecanoic acid (PFDA), perfluoroundecanoic acid (PFPA) (PFDA), perfluorodecanoic acid (PFPS), perfluorodecanoic acid (PFDA), perfluorodecanoic acid (PFBS), perfluoro-butanesulfonic acid (PFPS), perfluorohexansulfonic acid (PFDDA), perfluorohexansulfonic acid (PFDDA), perfluorotanesulfonic acid (PFPS)

3. In Annex 2, in the table for pollutant No 82, the figure "500 'is replaced by" 50'.

Čl. II

Transitional provisions

1. Annex No 1 to Government Regulation No 145 / 2008 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply for the first time for reporting to the integrated environmental pollution register for 2024.

2. Annex 2 to Government Regulation No 145 / 2008 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall apply for the first time for reporting to the integrated environmental pollution register for 2023.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
