on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2012, concluded on 21 December 2011 between the Union of Trade Unions of Agriculture and Nutrition Workers, the Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic, the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic and the Czechoslovak Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication for other employers with the predominant activity in the sector designated economic activity codes CZ - NACE: Level 1, Code A Agriculture, Forestry, Forestry, Fisheries.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
