amending Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and amending certain laws (Act on the promotion of the use of renewable sources)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 6 (4) of Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources), the second sentence is replaced by the sentence "The provisions of the first sentence shall not apply for the following calendar year for those types of renewable energy sources in respect of which the return on investment is achieved in the year in which the re-establishment of the purchase prices is decided is less than 11 years; The Office shall proceed in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 3 when setting the ransom prices. ';
Transitional provision
For the first time, according to the second sentence of Section 6 (4) of Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., on the promotion of the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Promotion of the Use of Renewable Resources), as effective from the date of entry into force of this Act, in determining the purchase prices for sources put into service in 2011.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
