GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 May 2000
determining the amount of additional remuneration to long-term members of the municipal council in 2000
The Government orders pursuant to § 32 (1) of Act No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment):
(1) An additional remuneration of half of the amount to which a member of the municipal council would otherwise have been entitled under a special legislation is payable in 2000. 1)
(2) The additional remuneration calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be rounded up to the nearest hundred crowns.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
