GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 June 1997
amending and supplementing Government Regulation No 48 / 1995 Coll., to guide the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duties in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (a) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 48 / 1995 Coll., on the rectifying of the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on remuneration for on-call duty in the Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Government Decree No. 144 / 1995 Coll., Government Decree No. 209 / 1995 Coll. and Government Decree No. 306 / 1995 Coll., are amended and supplemented as follows:
In Article 2 (2) (a), the words "Parliament of the Czech Republic 'are replaced by the words" Senate Office';
The procedure laid down in Sections 2 (5) and 2 (6), 4 (3) and 4 and Annex 2 to Government Decree No 48 / 1995 Coll., to guide the amount of appropriations spent on salaries and on on-call fees in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by this Regulation, shall not apply in 1997 for a staff member below the staff requirement for 1997.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
