amending Annex VII (International Regulations on the Transport of Private Carriages - RIP) to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952
Minister of Transport and Communications announces in agreement with the participating ministers pursuant to § 47 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
§ 1
On 1 January 1962, amendments to Annex VII (International Regulations on the Transport of Private Carriages - RIP) to the International Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952 adopted in January 1961 by the Panel of Experts in St. Gallen.
§ 2
The text of the amendments to Annex VII (International Regulations on the Transport of Private Carriages - RIP) to the International Convention on the Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952 shall be published in the Tariff Bulletin in the form of corrections to the text still in force.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1962.
