of 28 April 1948
about the nationalization of Czechoslovak Radio.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
(1) All the rights and obligations of the "Czech Radio, limited liability company in Prague" and "Slovak Radio, Spoločnost s ružení obmedzeni so sílom v Bratislava" are transferred to the Czechoslovak Staff.
(2) The transition of library rights referred to in paragraph 1 shall be made by the library courts on a proposal from the Ministry of Information, referring to this law. Similarly, the transfer of rights in official registers and lists shall be indicated.
(1) The companies referred to in Paragraph 1 (1) shall cease to exist without liquidation and the courts, on a proposal from the Ministry of Information, shall delete them in the Commercial (Company) Register with reference to this Act.
(2) All the rights and obligations of the members of the social relationship with the companies referred to in § 1 (1) shall cease. The current shareholders are not entitled to compensation, but may, in cases of special consideration, receive compensation corresponding to the nominal value of their joint contributions; the granting of compensation shall be decided by the Ministry of Information in agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
This Law shall take effect on the first day of the month following that of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Information in agreement with the Finance and National Defence Ministers.
