on the adjustment of compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease and the adjustment of the cost of maintenance of survivors

The compensation for loss of service income after the cessation of incapacity for service resulting from an accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as "compensation for loss of service income ') and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors belonging to a member or survivors under Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended, or under previous legislation, shall be adjusted by adding 2.3% and 400 CZK to the average service allowance applicable to the calculation of compensation for loss of service income and to the reimbursement of the cost of maintenance of survivors, adjusted under previous government regulations.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of the maintenance costs of survivors referred to in Article 1 shall be made to the national or survivors from 1 June 2023, provided that the member or survivors have been entitled before 1 June 2023.
The adjustment for loss of service income and the reimbursement of maintenance costs for survivors shall be made without the request of the member or survivors.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 2023.
