The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 4 June 1997 in plenary on a proposal by the District Office in Šumperk to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Šumperka No. 41 / 96 of 16 December 1996 on the regulation of digital and light instruments and gaming equipment in the territory of Šumperka
as follows:
Decree No 41 / 96 of 16 December 1996 on the regulation of digital and light instruments and gaming equipment on the territory of the city of Šumperka shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
President of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic:
