THE LAW
of 25 April 1996
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on Social Needs, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on social needs, as amended by Act No. 84 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 165 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 182 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 134 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (3) (c), the words "up to three years of age 'are replaced by the words" up to four years of age'.
2. In Article 7 (4), the words "the amount of the minimum of life laid down in accordance with the Special Act (7) 'are replaced by the words" 1.6 times the amount needed to ensure the maintenance and other essential personal needs of a citizen provided for by the Special Act (4) if he looks after one person or 2.75 times that amount, if he looks after two or more persons,';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
