on the correction of print errors in Government Decree No. 105 / 1950 Coll., declaring the Statute of National Industrial Enterprises.
In the first sentence of Article 74 of the Annex to Decree-Law No 105 / 1950 Coll. (Statute of National Industrial Enterprises), published on page 211 of the Annex to the Collection of Laws, is corrected by a printing error, so this sentence is correct:
"The Director shall promise the Director-General (Regional Manager) that he will faithfully perform his duties in accordance with the interests of the State."
Only in the Slovak version of the Statute of National Industrial Enterprises are the following errors corrected:
1. In the last sentence of Article 14, the corrected place is correctly worded as follows: "Exhibit zo prohibition scudzenia môžu voluliť nadriadené orgány."
2. At the beginning of the second sentence of Article 155, so the corrected place is correctly worded as follows: "In these contracts, the pamätať has to sa pamätať aj na zdračenie dovovvok materiala energečné, ktoré budú potrebné na prekročenie produknej ječnej práne, marked in plane za jiadúce;"
3. In Article 296, so the corrected position is correctly worded as follows: "If the budgeted costs are outsourced as budgeted revenue, the firm has split up its budget in its draft budget as a claim to the fund of a well-established economy and to its yield."
