on the international scope of the trade agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Kingdom of Afghanistan, negotiated by exchange of notes in Berlin on 21 October 1937.
The President of the Republic ratified on 18 November 1946, after giving his consent to the Constitutional National Assembly, the Trade Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Kingdom of Afghanistan, negotiated by exchange of notes in Berlin on 21 October 1937 and referred to in the provisional regulation of 21 December 1937, No 45 Coll. of 1938.
The Agreement entered into force on 18 November 1946 pursuant to Article 5 thereof.
