on the validity of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 15 May 1944, No 5 of the OJ, on the status of women in Czechoslovak military units.
According to Article 2 of the Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic of 23 June 1945, No 22 Coll., on the publication of laws, issued outside the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic, I declare:
Čl. I.
According to the Resolution of the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic of 29 October 1945, the decree of the President of the Republic of 15 May 1944, No 5 of the OJ, on the status of women in Czechoslovak military units, remains in force.
Čl. II.
Decision No 5 / 1944 of the OJ shall be published in the Annex.

on the status of women in Czechoslovak military units. *)
On the proposal of the Government,
Women of Czechoslovak nationality, who will be assigned to Czechoslovak military troops for military service during the war, will be members of Czechoslovak military power abroad during that period.
The admission of women to military forces and their release from them shall be decided by the Minister of National Defence or by the military commander empowered to do so.
Women included in military units under § u 1 are responsible for military formalities and provision salaries for them and their family members and survivors under agreements with the Government of the State in whose territory military units have been or will be built.
On their return to the Republic, they and their family members and, where appropriate, their survivors shall be entitled, in accordance with the provisions applicable to military persons in reserve, to be called to active military service during the war.
During the period of inclusion until their release from military service, these women shall be subject to all Czechoslovak military, service, disciplinary and criminal regulations as persons called upon to act in accordance with Sections 73, 1 and 2 and Sections 130 of the Law of 13 May 1936. 131 Coll. on State Defence.
This Decree shall take effect on 27 September 1941. The government is entrusted with the implementation.
