Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 135 / 2024 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, indicates that the Collective contract of higher degrees for the years 2024 - 2029, which was concluded on 8 April 2024 between the higher trade unions - Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic, trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the employers' organization - Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication also for other employers with a predominant activity in the sector marked by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 08.1, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.49, 23.5, 23.6, 23.7, 23.9, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
