ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 25 May 2022
on the further extension of the emergency situation in connection with the large-scale migration wave
Government
I. pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the security of the Czech Republic, extends until 30 June 2022 23: 59 hours the emergency situation declared by the Government Resolution of 2 March 2022 No 147 on the declaration of an emergency state for the territory of the Czech Republic due to the need to respond to a large migratory wave in the territory of the Czech Republic, which was published under No. 43 / 2022 Coll., on the basis of the consent of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, granted by its Resolution of 19 May 2022 No. 242;
II. Provides that all measures taken on grounds of emergency which are in force on the date of adoption of this Government Resolution remain in force to the extent that they are taken;
III. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay.
