ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 18 March 2021 No 300
on the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 100 / 2021 Coll. and the amendment of the crisis measure published under No 112 / 2021 Coll., as amended under No 130 / 2021 Coll.
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Law No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and Section 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on health threats related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and on emergency management and amending certain laws (crisis law), as amended, for the resolution of the situation arising, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (b) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) and § 2 (e) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 22 March 2021 at 00am
changes the efficacy period:
1. Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 200, published under No. 100 / 2021 Coll.,
2. Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 212, published under No 112 / 2021 Coll., as amended by Government Resolution of 15 March 2021 No 292, published under No 130 / 2021 Coll.,
by extending their effectiveness until 23: 59 hours until 28 March 2021.
