on other obstacles to the civil service for which the civil servant is entitled to pay
The Government mandates pursuant to § 104 (3) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service:
Other obstacles to the civil service for which the salary of a civil servant is due
Other obstacles to the civil service for which the civil servant is entitled to pay are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.

Heading and scope of other obstacles in the civil service
1. Mother and child care after birth
Staff leave with a civil servant who is the father of a child shall be granted for two days in the six weeks following the birth of the child for the care of the mother and the child after birth.
2. Participation in the wedding
Staff leave shall be granted to a civil servant for one day to attend the wedding of a sibling or grandchild.
3. Other personal obstacles
Staff leave shall be granted to the public servant:
(a) on 1 day to accompany the child to primary school on the first day of his compulsory education and back;
(b) for 1 day to participate in your own graduation, the graduation of a husband, partner, child, sibling or grandchild,
(c) for 1 day in a calendar year for personal equipment.
