amending Constitutional Act No. 347 / 1997 Coll., on the creation of higher territorial self-governing units and amending the Constitutional Law of the Czech National Council No. 1 / 1993 Coll., Constitution of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Constitutional Act No. 176 / 2001 Coll.
Parliament has decided on the following constitutional law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 1 (10) of the Constitutional Act No. 347 / 1997 Coll., on the creation of higher territorial units and on the amendment of the Constitutional Act of the Czech National Council No. 1 / 1993 Coll., the Constitution of the Czech Republic, as amended by the Constitutional Act No. 176 / 2001 Coll., the word "Vysočina 'is replaced by the words" Vysočina Region'.
If the term "Vysočina 'is given in the existing legislation as the name of the region, this means" Vysočina Region'.
This constitutional law shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following its publication.
