of 20 March 2008
amending Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure (Criminal Code), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 158e (1) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on criminal proceedings of the judicial (penal order), as amended by Act No. 265 / 2001 Coll., the words "for a criminal offence of acceptance of bribery pursuant to § 160 of the Criminal Act, for a criminal offence of bribery pursuant to § 161 of the Criminal Act, for an offence of indirect bribery pursuant to § 162 of the Criminal Act 'shall be inserted after the word" association'.
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
