on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree and the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it from 1 February 2003 to 31 March 2003:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2003 (dated 18 February 2003)
between
KOVO Trade Union
and
The Union of foundries of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the furniture industry for 2003 (January 2003)
between
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
Association of Czech Furniture.
3. Collective contract for 2003 (30 January 2003)
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs.
4. Appendix 2 to the higher-step collective agreement between 1.1.2001 and 31.12.2003 (21 January 2003) concluded
