THE LAW
of 22 April 1993
supplementing Act No. 18 / 1992 Coll., on Civil Service
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 18 / 1992 Coll., on Civil Service, is added as follows:
Paragraph 10 shall become paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 shall be added:
"(2) The transferee or soldier in a basic (replacement) service whose proceedings have been completed before 16 January 1992 may lodge a declaration in writing before 1 July 1993 for the reasons set out in Paragraph 1 (1). '
This Act shall take effect on 1 June 1993.
