on the reimbursement of postal charges for consignments in court proceedings.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
Postal charges for judicial consignments (hereinafter referred to as "postal charges') are paid by the courts of the Treasury.
§ 4.
Without prejudice to the provisions on the fact that criminal proceedings involving a public action are part of the cost of criminal proceedings.
§ 5.
In cases where the procedure was established before the date of application of this Act, the current rules on the reimbursement of postal charges for consignments in court proceedings shall apply.
§ 6.
Subject to the provisions of Section 5, the Law of 19 December 1946, No 236 Coll., on the reimbursement of postage for consignments in court proceedings, and the Government Order of 20 December 1946, No 237 Coll., on the measurement of compensation for postage for consignments in court proceedings shall be repealed.
§ 7.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Ministers for Justice and Finance.
