amending Decree No 290 / 2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, on measures to prevent and control certain diseases in aquatic animals, as amended by Decree No 59 / 2013 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 182 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 279 / 2013 Coll., to implement Section 10 (3) of the Veterinary Act:
Decree No 290 / 2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, on measures to prevent and control certain diseases in aquatic animals, as amended by Decree No 59 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the following sentence is added:
"Commission Implementing Directive 2014 / 22 / EU of 13 February 2014 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006 / 88 / EC as regards infectious salmon anaemia (ISA). ';
2. In Annex 3, Part II, Table 2 "NON-EXOTIC DISEASES ', column" DISEASES', fourth row, the words "infectious salmon anaemia (ISA) 'are replaced by the words" infectious salmon anaemia (ISA): infection of the genus Isavirus (ISAV) with the HPR deletion genotype'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 16 November 2014.
