GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 May 2009
amending Government Regulation No 565 / 2006 Coll., on pay ratios for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Article 23 (1) (d) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in budgetary and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll.:
In Article 11 of Decree-Law No 565 / 2006 Coll., on pay ratios of professional soldiers, the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) A soldier who systematically provides health care in a medical institution or an air rescue centre shall be subject to a premium of 3,5% of the salary tariff for the grade and grade to which he is assigned (§ 6), or to a fee which has been allocated to him within the margin of pay (§ 7)."
Paragraph 6 shall become paragraph 7.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
