The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Article 59 (8) of the Act:
Annex 4 to Decree No. 296 / 2003 Coll., on animal health and protection, on movements and transport of animals and on the authorisation and competence to carry out certain professional veterinary activities, as amended by Decree No. 330 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 8 / 2007 Coll., read:
